In bidding and tendering business activities, especially in the development of new projects, the tenderer usually requires bidders to provide software acceptance test reports of successful cases in the tender or invitation to bid documents, and requires that the provided successful cases must meet certain performance technical indicators, security technical indicators, source code audits and other bid acceptance test standards. It is also required that the software acceptance test report has a legally recognized qualification by the state and is recognized throughout the country. The reports from our national laboratory are more convincing. This is also a responsibility to the bidders. Generally, the CNAS software acceptance test is conducted based on the testing items entrusted by the bidders.
In the business bidding tender documents of software projects, there is always an attachment called "Project Bidding Scoring Sheet". The scoring sheet mainly includes: quotation scoring section, business scoring section, technical scoring section, project implementation service training section, etc., totaling 100 points, among which business scoring and technical scoring account for 70 points. Through the scoring by Party A, the final score can provide a basis for whether the enterprise can win the bid. The score given represents the comprehensive capability of the enterprise and is the hardware and software strength that can complete the project of Party A.
The functionality, system reliability, stability, maintainability, ease of use, security and performance efficiency required in the technical scoring section can all be tested through software testing to obtain corresponding test results, and then summarized through the "Software Acceptance Test Report" provided by the third-party evaluation laboratory to determine whether the test is passed or not. The "Software Acceptance Test Report" issued by a third-party testing laboratory has the CNAS or CMA qualification mark and is recognized both in the domestic and international markets. Even some government and enterprise units directly require the bidding enterprises to provide the "Evaluation Report" with the CNAS or CMA qualification mark, which is directly included as a sub-item in the "Project Bidding Scoring Sheet".
