After the testing items evaluated by the software evaluation laboratory fully comply with the technical indicators of the "Task Book" and the requirements of the CNAS national standards, the software evaluation laboratory can issue a testing report with the CNAS seal. However, if the tested items fail to pass, a CNAS-qualified test report cannot be issued. The owner needs to fix the sample submission program, and resubmit it to the software evaluation laboratory for evaluation after it meets the technical indicators and national standards. Every year, the Accreditation Committee organizes inspection teams to conduct 1 to 2 compliance checks on the laboratory. The laboratory needs to submit the evaluation contract, process documents, evaluation reports, etc. for each task to the team leader and auditor. A slight mistake may result in the cancellation of CNAS qualification, which poses a relatively high risk. Therefore, CNAS testing reports cannot be issued randomly.
