The "Ecological Cloud" Comprehensive Service platform construction project V1.0 of Shaanxi Province can run on both Linux and Windows platforms and is developed using the Java language. It is applied in the field of forestry informatization and features a unified portal, single sign-on, organizational structure management, personnel management, data sharing, query and browsing of various forestry topic data, and data statistics and analysis functions.

The software realizes the unified portal management of the information system, unifies the organizational structure, accounts and permissions of the forestry system, and enables single sign-on for each business system.

The system integrates various types of forestry information resource data such as forest resources, grassland resources, wetland resources, desertification and sandy land data, nature reserves, national greening, ecological protection, and pest and disease monitoring, providing detailed forestry information resources for managers at all levels of forestry departments, meeting the application requirements of various forestry business management, and achieving comprehensive management of business data.

The service sharing function provides forestry information resource data services for forestry units at all levels, various business departments, other government agencies and the public, achieving data sharing and interactive operation of forestry information resources. By conducting comprehensive analysis and mining of the data content in the database, the system provides decision-making assistance and support to leaders at all levels in various presentation forms such as maps, statistical reports, key indicators, and summary tables.

This test is based on GB/T 25000.51-2016 "Systems and Software Engineering - Quality Requirements and Evaluation of Systems and Software - Part 51: Acceptance tests were conducted in accordance with the "Quality Requirements and Test Details for Ready Available Software Products (RUSP)" and related requirements. The testing work was carried out from two aspects: functionality and information system security. Through strict execution of tests, including initial tests and regression tests, a software acceptance test report was issued.
