Last year, Softcom became one of the first batch of pilot R&D units for the "Industrial Cloud" project in the country, and this project will be promoted this year. Liu Yang introduced, "The future service targets will be our industrial enterprises. As long as they log in to this service with a username and password, they can enjoy the services of this software." All upgrades and maintenance will be automatically carried out on the cloud platform. This platform has been successfully deployed into Tianhe-1. The next step is to prepare for the connection with these industrial enterprises.
In 2014, focusing on innovation-driven development, structural adjustment and transformation and upgrading, 147 new service outsourcing enterprises were added in this city. The import and export of service trade exceeded 20 billion US dollars for the first time, with a year-on-year growth of 18%. From consumer goods to industrial manufacturing, the service outsourcing industry has permeated every field. Shi Zhenjin, the president of the Municipal Service Outsourcing Association, said, "In the past, the Internet mainly permeated the field of daily consumption, such as online shopping and Didi Chuxing. Now, it has permeated all areas of production resources." For instance, when visiting a wholesale market, there is remote control combined with big data analysis. In addition, some of our enterprises serve the industrial manufacturing sector, providing software for smelting, furnace materials, and batching to reduce the occurrence of defective products caused by human factors. Internet enterprises develop a software and conduct remote control to increase the yield of finished products.
The Internet will break through the middle chain from products to customers, further promoting the connection between traditional industries and the service outsourcing industry. Shi Zhenjin introduced that this year, a batch of solutions representing the highest level of "Tianjin services" and specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative killer projects will be launched, and industrial connection will be strengthened starting from the fields of trade, manufacturing and logistics.
Shi Zhenjin: "The 'Internet Plus' model has facilitated the connection between the service outsourcing industry and the traditional trade and circulation industry, playing a role in promoting e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce, new online and offline marketing models, and experiential sales." The second aspect is to proactively serve Tianjin's manufacturing industry. The third aspect is to promote the connection between the service outsourcing industry and Tianjin's logistics industry. The fourth aspect is to mobilize outsourcing enterprises to participate in the big health industry, such as electronic medical records, remote diagnosis, etc. The last one is to serve the reform and innovation of finance. For instance, developing Internet finance, Internet insurance, and so on."
