What are team standards?
Group standards are standards independently formulated and released by legally established social organizations (such as industry associations, academic societies, industrial alliances, etc.) for voluntary adoption by society. It is an important component of China's standard system, on par with national standards, industry standards, local standards and enterprise standards.
The numbering rules of group standards
Format: T/ Group Code + Sequence Number + Release Year
For example:T/CQAE 11029-2025 "Evaluation Specification for First Edition Software Products"
T/ : Stands for "Group Standard" (T is the initial letter of the pinyin for "group");
CQAE: The code name of the issuing organization (for example, CQAE may stand for "China Electronic Quality Management Association");
11029: The 11029th standard issued by this group;
2025: Release year.

The group standard T/CQAE11029-2025 "Evaluation Specification for First Edition Software Products" will be officially implemented on April 30, 2025.
The "Evaluation Specification for First Edition Software Products" (T/CQAE 11029-2025) focuses on the evaluation of the advanced and innovative nature of the first edition software products themselves, providing a unified evaluation basis for core technical indicators and functional modules. The system has established a three-dimensional evaluation system covering the assessment of source code development level, product capability benchmarking assessment and the evaluation of basic organizational capabilities. Among them, the source code evaluation focuses on the self-developed code definition capability, the control of open-source code, and the compliance of commercial components, strengthening the independent control of core technologies. Product capability assessment establishes benchmarking models from dimensions such as functionality, performance efficiency, and reliability to ensure that the product meets the requirements of industry scenarios. In addition, the standard innovatively introduces the SBOM (Software Bill of Materials) data field list, promoting the improvement of supply chain transparency and providing support for the prevention and control of software supply chain security risks.
